Sunrise the past two days hasn’t been very impressive. Dark gray clouds hang low over the mountains blocking the sun and making one feel pretty oppressed…or depressed….I’m not sure which. It does look as if there is new snow over there, on the mountain slopes that are visible underneath the clouds. Here on my deck it was chilly but not all that uncomfortable, and it’s always comforting to know that hot coffee is only a few steps away whenever I need it.

Maybe tommorrow morning will host a more colorful sky….or there might be a foot of snow on the deck. You can’t tell at this time of the year.
